Celebrations in Lyminge

Local councillors Susan Carey and Jenny Hollingsbee were joined by Shepway Deputy chairman, Cllr David Owen joined Lyminge villagers on 16 April to celebrate the completion of a six year project to renovate the Tayne Centre attached to the Methodist Church.

The ‘Clean for the Queen’ campaign continued on Saturday 19 March when 22 adults and 6 children turned out to clear the Nailbourne river in Lyminge of weeds, debris and litter.
